问题描述
- ONTAP升级过程中节点无法执行交还
- 端口 e0a/e0b 显示为 down
- 连接各节点的集群端口并进行环回测试，发现有一个节点的集群端口一直处于 Down 状态。
（同一节点上的电缆 e0a > e0b 检查端口状态是否为在线）
