COPTP-247116：调整fg大小失败、但卷操作成功

问题描述

增加FlexGroup的大小时、该操作返回以下错误：
Job failed: The volume operation was successful but the size of the volume has not finished updating.
示例：
Cluster::> volume modify -vserver Vserver_01 -volume Flexgroup_data -size 115tb
