问题描述

system node AutoSupport invoke—splog命令失败、并显示以下错误。

Collecting remote node logs via serial port Error: command failed: [Job XXXX] Job failed: The latest log files from the service processor cannot be found for use in an AutoSupport. The most recent log files have been sent and archived to "/mroot/etc/log/sp/" on node XXXX.

SP-LATEST-SYSLOG 指示SP日志收集时间为69秒。
