无法按序列号找到SANNAV调用

  • SANNAV 2.3.0及更低版本

问题描述

  • 客户已为指定交换机发送了自动通报、TSE无法通过按授权的Brocade序列号搜索自动通报。
  • 对于某些Brocade型号、SANNAV和BNA调用不包括机箱序列号。  在chassis-show输出中标识为"Chassis Factory Serial Number"(机箱出厂序列号)
  • Brocade交换机基于NetApp安装的记录基于机箱出厂序列号
