问题描述
- 所有AutoSupport不再按预期方式从E系列阵列发送(每日、每周、DBM备份等)。
- 尝试在SANtricity UI中从阵列手动收集支持数据时遇到以下错误：
Error: "Unable to collect support data due to reservation request failure. Please wait a few minutes before retrying the operation. (Web Server 422)"
- 无法 从阵列中检索AutoSupport On Demand。
